Now entering his second year of teaching, Will began his career as a Health and Wellness professor at New Mexico Military Institute. He believes that growth is the goal—valuing progress over perfection and viewing mistakes as essential learning opportunities. A basketball coach for all ages and a former college athlete with a 7'3" wingspan, Will brings energy and dedication to everything he does. His favorite quote is, “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success…” by Albert Schweitzer. Will is also a proud dad of two boys, and loves catching up on sleep during his time off.
