What's your job/ class do you teach and/or sports you coach*
I teach math and I coach the boys volleyball team. I also drive the bus from time to time.

No kids, just two dogs. An Akita mix named Moose and a Husky mix named Koda.

Hobbies *
Playing volleyball of all kinds: indoor, sand, or grass. I also like anything that gets me on the water and in the sun. Ex: boating, floating down a river, hanging out on the beach or by a pool.

Favorite sports team*
Utah Jazz are the only sports team that I follow.
Favorite part of being a Griffins?*
I love that athletics are built into the school schedule and that everyone gets a chance to be on a team.
what is your purpose for working at SLA*
To make a living doing something I enjoy; helping students realize their potential and build confidence in themselves and their abilities.

I believe students learn best by doing with a little bit of watching and listening mixed in. I also believe that more often, students learn and grow more from making mistakes than getting things right on the first try.
