Hi, I’m Rose Hopkins. I believe that students learn best when they feel safe, respected, and valued. In my classroom, I work hard to create a calm, welcoming environment where every child can thrive. In the classroom, I am committed to keep my tone gentle, my expectations clear, and to lead with compassion. I believe that relationships come first and when students know they are cared for, they’re more open to learning and growing. Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud mom to a wonderful daughter who reminds me every day of the importance of patience and love. Being her mother shapes the way I teach and I see every child through a lens of care, and I strive to be the kind of teacher I’d want for her.
