Oli Brittain is entering his 5th year coaching at the RSL Academy High school and his 3rd as Varsity Head Coach and Director of Boys Soccer. He coached the Griffins to the schools first state title, winning the UHSAA 2A title in 2021.
Oli grew up playing soccer in Cambridge, England where he was born. He played competitive soccer from the age of 7 - 16 and then men's soccer from 16 up until moving to America.
Whilst playing soccer at college, Oli decided to embark on coaching which bought him out to America working on British Soccer camps for Challenger sports from 2011 - 2015. While at Challenger he worked in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. He joined the staff at Forza Futbol Club where he coached from 2012 until 2015. After a year in England, working for the Cambridge United FC. He came back to Utah in 2016, and worked for 7 Elite Academy for 2 years, before joining RSLAHS full time. Before his children arrived, Oli was also involved with the Utah ODP program.
Oli currently holds his US C License, FA Level 2 and various other licenses including Goalkeeping, Futsal and Sports Phycology.
