My name is Jillian Noel, and I’m thrilled to be in my second year of teaching 4th grade. I recently moved from Minnesota and am proud to be a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching. During my time there, I also competed as a Division II softball player for the Mustangs—a role that deeply shaped my belief in perseverance, teamwork, and hard work.

As a teacher, I’m passionate about empowering students to give their best—both in the classroom and in their everyday lives. I strive to create a learning environment where each student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. Watching my students develop academically, socially, and emotionally over the course of the year is one of the greatest joys of my job. No matter where life takes them, I will always be one of their number 1 fans!
